The Sunken Ship (Capacity: 30)
The Ship can be rented at a rate of $200 for the first hour, $150 each additional hour (up to 10 people, $10 per additional person). Rental fee includes: use of the soda fountain, tables and chairs (linens are extra) and A/V access (DVD player, projector and laptop hook-up). If the event is catered, a catering company must be chosen from the list of preferred caterers.

The Multipurpose Room (Capacity: 70)
The Multipurpose Room can be rented at a rate of $400 for the first hour, $200 for each additional hour (up to 30 people, $10 per additional person). Rental fee includes: tables and chairs (linens are extra) and A/V access (DVD player, projector and laptop hook-up).

Ship and Multipurpose Room (Capacity: 100)
Both rooms can be rented at a rate of $600 for the first hour, $300 for each additional hour (up to 40 people, $10 for each additional person). Rental fee includes: use of soda fountain, tables and chairs (linens are extra) and A/V access (DVD player, projector and laptop hook-up)

Staff presentations or Lectures: $150
Entire facility (Capacity: 500)
The entire facility may be rented during off hours starting at $2500. Rental fee can include up to 5 staff members to provide guest interaction. If the event is catered, a catering company must be chosen from the list of preferred caterers. Tables, chairs and linens should be arranged through your caterer.
