Thank you for using the Living Planet Aquarium’s online school field trip reservation form!
Please complete the registration request form below and be sure to fill out all the required fields. After submitting your request, you will receive an email acknowledgement that we have received your information.
We will make every effort to process your request within five business days. You will receive a confirmation email regarding your confirmed field trip visit date and time. If we cannot accommodate your request we will contact you to find an alternate date.
