Birthday Reservation Request Form
Please complete the registration request form below and be sure to fill out all required fields. After submitting your request, you will receive an email acknowledgement that we have received your information.
After your request has been submitted our Party Planner will get back to you within 48 hours.
Please note: This is a request only and does not guarantee your reservation.
Payment: A $50 deposit is required to confirm your birthday party and will be collected upon booking. The remainder of the charge is due upon arrival, including any charges for special arrangements, additional guests, food, party favors, or damages, etc.
