Poison Dart Frog
Size:These frogs grow to around 4 CM.
Habitat:live in dark and moist areas and have been seen near streams. They live on the ground layer of the rainforest but also have been observed in trees as high up as 5m
Their bright coloration acts as a warning to predators letting them know that they are distasteful or toxic. Because of this aposematic coloration, poison dart frogs are often found on the ground layer hopping around unmolested.
