Rainforest Van

Rainforest Van Classroom Visit

Developed specifically for 2nd grade, this FREE 55-minute (per class) outreach program creates an immersive experience as students learn about animals native to rainforests around the world. Students will explore the different layers of the rainforest and the roles each animal plays in their habitat using observation skills, physical activities, and inquiry-based learning. Students also discuss their roles in these ecosystems and their potential to personally impact them.
