Summer Camps

2020 Camp Update

Here at Loveland Living Planet Aquarium, we value the safety of our guests, staff, and animals above all else. We have been monitoring the continuing health situation closely and, in order to protect the health and safety of our campers, have made the difficult decision to cancel all in-person Summer Camps for the month of June.

At this time, July and August camps have not been canceled. We will be reassessing the viability of holding these programs as the summer continues. We are not currently accepting new camp registrations.

All participants in June camps will receive a full refund of camp fees. We will begin issuing refunds on May 18, 2020. Refunds will go back onto the card you paid with and may take a few days to appear on your bank statement.

We are currently exploring other options for engaging with campers this summer, including a virtual Summer Camp option. Click HERE for more information and to register.

Thank you for your understanding and your continued support of the aquarium. We look forward to safely welcoming our summer campers back to the aquarium as soon as possible.

There’s a Loveland Living Planet Aquarium Summer Camp for every animal-loving kid. Join our full-time, trained camp staff for a week of fun activities and educational experiences. All camps include Animal Encounters, behind-the-scenes experiences, themed activities, T-shirt, water bottle, backpack, and access to camp photos.

Campers must be toilet trained to participate in an Aquarium Camp. Registration for camps will remain open until one week before camp. No registration will be allowed after the cutoff date.

LLPA is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable experience to all campers. Whenever possible, we are happy to work with guardians to make reasonable accommodations for campers with special physical, behavioral, emotional, cognitive, or medical needs. If camp management consults with a camper and their guardians and determines that the needs of a camper cannot safely be met, LLPA reserves the right to cancel their registration and provide a full refund.

Loveland Living Planet Aquarium reserves the right to cancel registration for any other reason. In the event that a registration is canceled, registrants will be notified and receive a full refund or may be allowed to transfer their registration to another session.
